Secondly,
The BA has clear and transparent policy regarding any and every religious signs are a BIG NO while on job.
An airhostess was asked to take off her crucifix which as per her was a symbol of Christianity.
Now, at first it looks foolish, but this is what happens when Political Correctness along with Lack of Commonsense Rules.
Imagine, an Air Hostess in a Burqa or Nikab serving the passengers in an airplane??

I think if its a well publicised policy of BA then there is no reason for Amrit Lalji to sue them. Besides a nose stud does not symbolise hinduism in any way.
