The film follows the lives of five characters beginning the morning of the blasts to a week post the havoc of death and doubt. But in the end, the things discussed in Mumbai Meri Jaan are simple - how a man grapples with his way of life in an age that is enveloped in prejudice, doubt, inequality and extravagance?

    hey gauri i too liked the movie a lot... it sows the reality and that too without being harsh on the audience... the director has successfully passed the message without much ado or much special effects....

    he hasn't concentrated on the blasts or the investigation part of it but has shown that how the blasts affect not only the victims of it but to other common ppl also....

    paresh rawal has given one of the best performances of his life and even Kay Kay was great.....

    i think this movie was a perfect package....
