LetsDiscuss: Is Tatkal Railway Reservation System Working for Common People?

Don’t know how many of you had tried to book a railway ticket in the tatkal reservation system in India, during recent times. For me it is always a failure. Whenever I tried to book an online ticket for any of the train in India, I always get the unsuccessful note at the end of the process. Is this new tatkal reservation system is a problem or a solution for common people of India?
