  Hmmm its really strange to hear IITians say that its tough to manage 8 more institutes under the bureaucratic hurdles. We have a population size of 100 crores, if we consider that top 0.01% should get top education from these 100 crores, we end up with 1 lakh. Currently seats in IIT are 5000, so essentially we are denying 95000 possibly deserving candidates from our entire population size. Pray tell me Mr Bhram Shenoy how do you scale IITs one at a time to meet the increasing demand.....
