LetsDiscuss: Chander Mohan, Indian Politician, converts to Islam to take a second wife
Chander Mohan, the Deputy Chief Minister of Haryana state, who for over a month, had been absconding with the state’s female attorney general, is back. The former deputy chief minister and the former asst attorney general are now a couple. But Chander Mohan is now Chand Mohhamad, married to two wives, one his wife of before, and the second the former asst attorney general Anuradha Bali who herself will now be known by her Muslim name - Fiza. Son of the former Haryana chief minister Bhajan Lal, Chand Mohammad is originally from the Bishnoi community, a group known for being nature lovers. Chand, in his own style, reiterated that spirit of nature love, when the he sought his Radha and eloped with her away from the public eye. The state authorities and the family apparently did not know where the honeymooners were.
