Sarobjit Singh, the son of National Commission for Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes Chairman Buta Singh, was today arrested by the Anti-Corruption Bureau of the CBI for allegedly demanding a bribe of Rs one crore from a contractor to close a case in the Commission. "Buta Singh's son Sarobjit Singh alias Sweety has been arrested along with three other accomplices for allegedly demanding bribe from a Nashik-based contractor Ramrao Patil.
