Read this piece by a Pakistani bloggers who is generally a very sensible and balanced blogger but in this instance seems to have fallen for the Right wing Hindu conspiracy theories.

I suppose it is the natural reactionfor each side to believe in the innicence of its side but this stretches credibility beyond belief to say that this attack was carried out by Hindu Zionist.I am actually amazed at how incredulous are the beliefs of the writer who is supposed to be from the educated and progressive section of Pakistani society.Denying at this stage will harm pakistan more than India.
i think the writer is very honest and has sincerely written what is the actual reality in both the countries....
as far his opinion of blaming the Right wing is concerned i would differ that they wont commit such a crime, i agree they are Hindu extremists and they have also committed blasts but they wont do such a heinous act.....
this is the work of extremist group and i hate to call it as Islamic extremist groups......
but one thing that the writer cant deny is that the chief of Lashkar is still in Pakistan so why is the Pakistan govt not making any efforts to catch him.....
and lastly i agree that a war with Pakistan would be most useless at this stage but then i hope that the people and other politicians support the President Zardari and both the countries India and Pakistan join hands to fight against terrorism.....
that is what it is denny.Some Hindus for sure are indulging in attacks against the nation and other communities but to compare that witht he world wide web of islam inspired ideology of jehad and hatred is misleading.also pakistan denying the reality at this time is going to ruin them even further.I wonder who in Pakistan calls the shot anyway.Certainly not the lam educk civilian government.
pakistani politicians have this old habit of keeping on denying the reality, they have done it before and they will keep on doing it, lets ignore them.....
I think the current govt. is more reliable from any govt. of past.

CricketGod, you just said what was in my mind. . . If a muslim nation is our enemy then thats for sure that their troops will be muslim. . So making hue and cry on a religion is just useless in this case.
there are few possibilites about terrorist attack in Mumbai. . .
1. Pakistan organised that 2. Any terrorist group did that. . . In this case, you cant blame Pak cause they are also suffering because of it. Hope that you guys are having idea about attack on JW Marriot hotel in Pak 3. Any Indian extremist group did that ( any religion) 4. Any political party organised that just to create the scene for ongoing election ( our politics is so dirty that i could not ruled out this point )
may be these points sounds funny or idiotic to others but thats what i think about this issue
Please dont give pak a complete chit, without the results of investigation coming out in open. They have time and again proved to be the aggressor in such conflicts. Would you say that Kargil war was also not triggered by Pakistan?

even third seems very unreal, but first and second are very much possible....
even if they are not supported by Pakistan on a whole definitely they are supported by some powerful person or a grp who finances them.....
Garfield bro, i am not giving Pak a clean chit. You can see that its in top position in the list of possibilities and even yesterday i said that in a comment that Mushrraf and ISI organised the Kargil war

hey dear i know they are definitely not worth trusting........ but riots are different and such a large scale attack is different......i mean they would have definitely knew that there will be a very tough investigation of this case..... so i dont feel so they are the perpetrators this time....
Pak in all probability is responsible but it will serve no purpose to declare a war on the entire state or its people.We can either go in and systematically and covertly eliminate those responsibel or tie up with those who are trying to help pak eliminate the cancer of talibanisationa nd radical islam from pak soil and thsu achieve our ends too.If we attack now then even a moderate pakistani will rally behind the radical types in a show of patriotism.that would legitimise and empower the radicals and their jihadi flocks.
@ MeriBaat, Thats what their plan. Yesterday in Indian Express it was given that the captured terrorist said that his trainer told him, ' IF YOU WILL WIN IN KILLING PEOPLE THEN, THERE WILL BE SURE WAR BETWEEN INDIA AND PAKISTAN , AND THAT WILL BE THE REAL VICTORY. '
so it is very clear that they want to organise a war, so that common people of their country also start following the path of terrorism and extremism to fight with India.
I hope shaan that good sense will prevail and we do not go about burning down the whole house in search of a few wrong doers.this applies to both sides.
ya even i heard that news, these terrorists just want to have a war between the two nations because they hate India so much that to make us suffer they wont mind to sacrifice their whole country of Pakistan......
so the best solution is to not go for a war but at the same time be strict to Pakistani govt regarding this matter......
