I think this will be a story in which i will be neutral after a long time.... because this decision has both its positive as well as negative sides..... frankly speaking at one side it seems a stupid decision as what the employees do in their companies is no one's business and what the company provides the employees is should also be of least interest to others.... but on the other side it can lead to some smokers smoking comparatively less cigarettes than they usually did.... lets see how this fairs in the end....

Well I will support this guy because well at the end of the day people being stupid is not an excuse for otehrs to suffer.. if suicide is unlawful (which is more stupid) then so should be this.. IMO

but i feel this decision is a double edged sword, it can also reduce the number of smokers on one side but on the other hand it can lead to increase smokers in public places.....so i still cant figure out myself that what stand should i take in this matter....
