Bharatiya Janata Party's Prime Ministerial candidate L K Advani on Thursday, Oct 30 strongly condemned the serial blasts which ripped Assam. He said that the repeated attacks indicated the 'inability' of the UPA government to check crime and create a secure atmosphere for people.
