The intelligence agencies are totally useless. They can't prevent a Kargil, nor a Parliament attack. I wonder who named RAW Research and Analysis Wing, when it should be Rubbish And Waste.

    Yeah Ananya...its really sad...So its not just the metros..the shift is moving towards the B cities as well...But I would disagree calling RAW what you have said...They have made many a such negative efforts by the terrorists futile too...How much awareness/responsibility do we as citizens show...How many times do we proactively look in the public transport we travel/in public gatherings things which could be suspected as bombs and do our job...
