hey why j2 bro why are u not participating??? i came to know abt ur grand mom and i was really upset, i want to tel u that the rambhai team is with u in this sensitive and tragic moment..... it would have been great if u would have been participating in this one, so think again u have a lot of time and with the power like u i know u can win it even if u play in the last three days........
another mistake by rambhai t-shirts shud go to the ones who have been around the whole year. not just a few days of mehnat

denny dude, i guess that's the point rizzy is trying to make that the contest is for 14 days only! a yearly contest should be a better idea, where someone who has been active through out the year wins the contest!
hmmm ya that sounds a good idea to me too but it should not be a year or so..... i think a period of two months or so is fine enough for any such competition......lets see what rambhai says to our suggestions.....

Garfield Rambhai doesn't like putting his time into this time and updating the site everyday for a featured story each day.
As far as you mentioning me, rsk, and shaan trying to promote BharatBoom, that should be the comment of the day. But if I am shaan I would get hurt when I read that comment, because he is really just too much of a rambhai. As far as rsk, she is the same on every site. And rizzy, rizzy likes to promote all sites, he wanted bharatboom to be a good site, he wanted to help them get a community like rambhai, and I saw so many wrongs in that site that i went ahaead and suggested a few things to BB's admin, and surely he came along and improved his website. And that is something I really appreciated and when I saw more activity on BB I sort of felt proud of that site and proud to be on that site. You know when you do something yourself it feels great. But everywhere I go, I am a rambhai.
@rambhai can you do one thing please. Look let's say if just2impressu has 9 karma, the vote displays only 1 vote but the story is worth 9 votes. And every story should have something like 30 votes, but all through karma. for example it can be 30 new users voting and it becoming a 30 vote homepage story or it can be a few of us like garfield, shaan, rsk, j2u and it becoming a 4 point homepage story.
if you can do this it will be absolutely great

good suggestion, i always wanted to say this. Like the "powerusers" votes and the story reached homepage with 30 votes. you can make the display vote "4" instead of karma count "30". so some stories which have been voted by the powerusers will be on homepage with vote count of 4.

And another reason I am not competing is because I am in the U.S and I know rambhai ain't mailing me that t-shirt
rizzy thats a good suggestion, we are trying to analyse the impact on usability for bloggers or any other benefit from the change. And we really apologize for not offering the T shirt in US. Next time on we will consider dropping this condition. We hope to be able to run promotions quite regularly in the coming days.
