    Yes they are intelligent.... In swindling money and duping the public

      Heehaw - just a few cents of my own. Always a few people bring bad name to the community. There have been politicians who are corrupt and there will always be politicians who will be corrupt. Absolute power corrupts absolutely. However, to run a country like India with so many elements, the people at the helm have to be intelligent. I guess thats what the point the Yale professors are trying to make. There is another dimension to this, the politicians are probably customers of Yale, so they want to make sure their customers are happy :D

    There is no doubt tht they r intelligent. It takes loadz of thnkng n intelligence to do Multi crore scams.
