    Another point to consider that he is promoted once in 4 to 8 years. To become a manager it takes a lifetime if join as a clerical or engineering staff. He can not save tax by wrong declarations. He also gets pay hike once in 10 years after years of deliberation by the pay commission. Basically you get what you pay for :-)

    May be true.May be thats the reason why they have the undertable KAMAI :(. They got no option it seems. thats sad
