Adobe will soon launch Photoshop Express which is a free, stripped-down version of its award-winning image editing software(Photoshop) that will be available online. Photoshop Express runs within the browser and is completely Flash-based, thereby eliminating the need to install any nasty softwares. I feel that Photoshop Express isn't meant to duplicate / replace Photoshop CS3(in all it's flavors) or Photoshop Elements.
