China, India and South-East Asia are seen as the hottest and riskiest markets for mergers and acquisitions (M&A) in the near future, a survey found on Tuesday. The survey, commissioned by Marsh, Mercer and Kroll, comes despite questionable business practices, problems with local intellectual property regimes and insufficient financial recourse against sellers, said the report. The findings published in The Business Times found that 57 percent of the 670 respondents ranked China, India and South-East Asia as most attractive over the next 18 months, followed by North America at 43 per

yes, ankit, india and china are the future economy of the world. That is why, US are trying to disturb both india and china. US backs the Tibet issue, (i am supporting china) and US backs most of the indian problems, they supports and funds research on caste and religious studies in india.

@rizzy brilliant commentary. India wil sure do a catchup to the developed nations along with China, however India will probably never be equal to any of those if things continue this way. The developed nations are moving up the value chain constantly.

But India is still so called democracy where.....basic things lack.....Govt is spending heavily on arms race instead of developing in small cities. Why India is not eager to resolve issues with Pakistan,China,Bangladesh. Why India is always surrounded with problems with his neighbours,,,,?

I hate our politicians who are diving nation on the name of castes.....

that was a fantastic explanation about my friend rizzy, I did not expect this many of comments and discussions for this story, when i first comment on this. Rizzy, You are great in briefing about our countries achievement. I would sugget others to consider, consolidate these comments to make one full post in some blog. @rizzy Problem is first you have to educate people as to why they should have only 1 or 2 children. Try teaching that to farm labour who find many uses of children in their work. Its only after people are more aware and understanding that such regulations can be imposed.
