नहीं, यह क्रिकेटर महेंद्र सिंह धोनी नहीं हैं लेकिन हैं अपनी टीम के कप्तान. इलाहाबाद जिले के गीन्ज गांव के 16 साल के महेंद्र को गरीबी ने 6 साल की उम्र में ही पत्थर खदानों में धकेल दिया. पढ़ने की उम्र में उन्हें जीवन के गणित से दो-चार होना पड़ा. लेकिन अधिकारों की समझ ने पहले महेंद्र को स्कूल का रास्ता दिखाया, फिर अपनी तरह की अनूठी पंचायत का. शिरीष खरे की रिपोर्ट.
