Few signs/ symptoms to look out for to diagnose if ones suffering from Asthma are: the tightness of the chest the feeling is as if someone is sitting or squeezing your chest really tight. Another symptom is difficulty breathing where the lungs can’t get enough in our out. Persistent prevalent coughing which intensifies in the night or after exercising. Wheezing which is a whistling sound when breathing out is another symptom. Milder symptoms would be disturbance of sleep due to coughing and coughing after exercise.
