Health: STOP DOING MISTAKES WHILE ..... MEDITATION


Active meditation is something anyone can do. Something as simple as washing dishes, folding laundry or taking a walk can be a deeply calming act. You just need to have one thing you can focus on to the exclusion of all else, so your mind can at least travel in a slow, steady straight line instead of rushing in circles and off on tangents.
