Health: Diabetes Type 2: Nursing case study

The following study or observation was carried out during my service with a leading hospital and research centre in the suburb of London. It had a day clinic and with 50 bedded general ward for patients suffering from various illness but not infectious. A section of the ward comprising 5 beds was earmarked for patients suffering from acute diabetes or problems related to it. Though usually there were one among ten patients were diagnosed with diabetes. I have been working as a stuff nurse in that hospital or facility.
