musclesPUMPING the iron seems to have worked for you. You have biceps and broad shoulders and all the women out there virtually swoon when you walk into a room. But oddly enough, you still can’t lift that 10 kg suitcase up to the third floor without struggling and getting breathless. All of us think that big biceps mean strength and stamina. But this isn’t necessarily true because building bulk has nothing to do with cultivating endurance and strength. Anyone who wants all of this must ask a good trainer about periodisation.
