Ayurveda is a “Science of life” and is more than a medical system. Ayurveda is made up of two Sanskrit words- ‘Ayur’ which means “life” and ‘Veda’ which means the “knowledge.” so, the complete meaning of this word is the “knowledge of life” or perceptive about life.
