Yep, read that in the morning newspaper, actually the match was heading for a draw and nothing else!
But i would like to ask the Australian media, that given a 6 day of match and 120+ runs to get, with players like saurav and laxman on the pitch, who would have won the game?

hey seo these Australians have the old bloody habit of just keep on cribbing and criticizing others....
they have just taken the winning habit to their head and forget defeats they cant even take drawn matches positively....
if they have so much of prblms then pls tell them to go and change the rules of test match cricket.....
and in a draw i suppose both the teams are equally to be blamed, if one country is only playing for the draw and other is looking for a win aggressively then there are very few chances that the country looking for a draw will be successful.....

Spot on guys, the Aussies themselves played it safe by not declaring overnight. Besides a team that cannot get two bowlers out for 20 overs do not deserve to win.
In blaming Ganguly they looked for a safe scapegoat - knowing they would get approval too from many Indians.

It wouldnt have taken a genius to guess that Dada was the softest target. After all he has created disharmony in the dressing room and has few supporters in the cricket establishment. So the Aussies just found an excuse to go after him.See the number of people who have come out in his support. A big zero.

Trevor Chesterfield, no less. Speaks for thousands.
Disharmony in the dressing room, I presume you were witness to it, or do you write it from hearsay?

Boss I was talking of support for him within the Indian cricket establishment. And as for the disharmony, I was referring to the statements made by many ex-cricketers about the timing of Dada's comments being bad for team morale - which clearly shows that Dada has been marginalized to a large extent
