The Pakistan Cricket Board has rubbished reports about a BCCI hand behind the delay in Sri Lanka's confirmation of its tour of Pakistan.PCB chief operating officer Saleem Altaf said there was no substance in the reports that the BCCI was pressurising the Sri Lankans to skip their tour of Pakistan.
