According to Kolkata captain Sourav Ganguly, “We have started well and hope to continue this trend.” Owner Shah Rukh Khan is also of the same opinion. He says, “We have to continue to do well in the coming matches.”

hey, this IPL, is just stunt for making money for cricketers, bollywood stars, and politicians, media and advt.sers. by eroding public interests and their valuable time. Please avoid IPL at the beginning itself. or dont put much of ur resources...

Yes, rizzy,all those guys like it especially they earn from it. But the poor people like students, businessmen who are watching this during their valuable time. Is this much advt. is necessary for sports? Then why not for other games....

I too agree with ur comment that advt has a lot to do with. But, I just worried that some importance must be given to other games too.... However, I too like and love watching cricket, Once the sachins' game was over, I would change the channel. But this time , i was waiting for the sachin's game in IPL , but found missing. Hope to see hime again here.
