The so-called ’strategy breaks’, lasting seven-and-half minutes in each innings, in the ongoing IPL has generated heated debate, with players and coaches saying it is a distraction and affects the flow of the match. “Yes, we have done well in our last match but I think the strategy breaks are hampering the momentum of a team,” Mumbai Indians captain Sachin Tendulkar said.
