  i think this is the best set of odi batsmen that the team has ever got... i suppose in such a team there is definately no place for players like ganguly and dravid... so it will be better tif they take retirement
  
  as far as sachin is concerned i think he can still fit in and the team will have to keep on shuffling between raina, rohit sharma and an extra bowler to allow sachin in.....

  Brother piling up runs on Flat placid wickets is very easy.Reall test of charcter for these youngsters wll be on Bouncy wickets on Australia,West Indies,South Africa And England...A Batsman like Alok Kapali of Bangladesh is also piling up runs in this tournament,den wtz d big deal if our Stalwarts r also doing it ????

  I hope this pair is our solution for long term for opening ... after sachin nd gaguly ... and gambhir and sehwag have shown what they are capable of on the australian pitches and now they have mastered subcontinental pitches ... rest will b taken care of ... and good work keep it up ...

  hey comon j2 yaar this is the prblm with us, even if the batsmen perform they are not given the credit....
  
  i know that the pitches were batsmen friendly but still they had to put bat to ball to score runs andf thats why i felt that this was a very good team combination, as the team is young and there are least personal or ego prblms between the players as we have had earlier.....
  
  i think they are goin to perform well against all the opponents.... and then everyone will be in fantasies...
