Cricket: Charged up Aussies laid low by rains

It would be fair to say that rain saved the English side from another of those Headingley-like capitulations. After having allowed the Aussies to get away to a total of 145 in the twenty overs, England saw themselves in a big hole by the time they were only seven balls into the innings, before the heavens opened and did not allow any further play in the game.
