Vijay Mallya has gone by the team management’s decision and has made Anil Kumble the Royal Challengers skipper for the rest of the tournament. The coaching staff, following the veteran legspinner’s performance in the tournament, wanted him to lead following Kevin Pietersen’s departure for England.
