Recently launched Bajaj Discover DTS-Si has set a record in sales in August 2009. The bike was sold in a great number that is 48,000 units. This becomes very special when it is the first month of the launch. The so-claimed 'World's most fuel efficient bike' clicked and got unprecedented response. Before launching the bike, the company said that it want to regain the 100cc bike segment and the new avatar of Discover helped the company in its goal.
