Business: Will Mumbai real estate prices come down

With maharahstra government finally letting go of the age old urban land ceiling act, Mumbai should see more high-rises implying more space for people to live / work and thus lower real estate prices due to increased supply. Thank god, government finally realized this! Hopefully the removal of the rent-control act will follow and make Mumbai more affordable!
