Business: Who will be the bigger loser from the Nano pullout Tatas OR West Bengal?
The Tatas and West Bengal government believe that the Singur project will not take off, reports CNBC-TV18, quoting sources. The Tatas have started removing equipment plant parts 10 days back, the sources further stated. Sources have also said that It\\`s a long process and it will take some time. If the sources are to be believed then the Tatas will begin pulling out Singur in the next few days. The Pune plant will roll out 1000 Nanos by mid-october, sources added. Tatas will definitely lose a lot of money, but its a pinchful of sand in the desert. Biggest losers are people of Bengal, who would have got huge employment.
i think there is no doubt that Tata will lose some amt of money but then it will get it back in less than a year...
but the ppl of West Bengal have lost an opportunity of a life time.... ya thats true this industry would have not only generated employment but also opened the gates for future such proposals, but now everything is finished.....
yes friends, it was estimated that TATA will loose 500Cr in shifting the machinery from WB, and its yearly Net Profit at 5000Cr. Just a 10% reduction in profit.
The biggest loser is the Lefties, and so WB People.
The next time, the lefts vote bank will get collapsed.
