Business: Very poor service, Boneheaded customer service

I am a graduate student studying in Washington, DC. I purchased the student travel insurance plan in Mumbai before leaving for DC in August 2007. I had a medical emergency in Dec 2007, followed by regular clinic check-ups in Jan 2008. My bills for hospitalization in Dec 2007 were cleared, ICICI assured me that my Jan 2008 bills will also be paid immediately.
