Defeating GM and Ford in US was once impossible, however due to Toyota's Quality Control (best quality vehicles) it has been achieved. Secondly, Toyota manufactures and assembles locally, hence keeping the costs down!! Long Hail Globalization, Long Hail King Consumer!!

    Both ford and GM have lately struggled even in thier home market. But Toyota's leadership isn't overnight, it is a result of the company's consistent hardwork and focus on quality.

    It is not only the TQM concept on which toyota has prospered but also JIT (just in time) concept followed by them which means no inventory.......
