I think this will be a major problem now for the employers... as it appears that the employment opportunities in India have increased like anything and will only keep on growing, so this gives the ppl ample chances to switch their jobs and as a result the employers find it tough to retain the employeee..... lets see how they face this... one suggestion from my side can be to maintain a friendly and healthy relationship with ur employees so that they wont leave u.... help them with their personal lives to build the trust and understanding.....
