Not every Indian gives a happy look whenever there is a talk about Indian Railways. Infact, let me share a fact that its THE WORLD's MOST INEXPENSIVE MODE OF TRANSPORTATION (ofcourse in its own catageries). Our Railway Minister, LPY has been invited by the Harvard to speak on the aspect, when IR has generated Profits in the last fiscal year. Moreover there are good number of guys who are just fan of IR, and gather at www.irfca.org (its cool site, guys plz visit)

    I didn't know that an Indian railway fan club website existed! Great to see that! Another interesting fact that I know about IR is that on an average it is more on-time than the london rail system!

    wow! Laloo is going places, first IIMA and now Harvard!!! but certainly he has been able to "turnaround" Indian railways.

    I doubt if what Laloo did for the Railways is as much as is touted. But the good part is the attention and good name he got will make other ministers strive to do better.
