J Kumar Infra IPO : J Kumar Infraprojects IPO J Kumar Infraprojects has filed papers with the Securities and Exchange Board of India to raise funds through initial public offer. The company plans to come out with an offering of 65 lakh equity shares of Rs 10 each for cash at a price to be decided through a 100 per cent book-building process. Net issue will constitute 30.40 per cent of the fully diluted post issue paid-up capital.
