I have lost track of how many executives have told me that they were well-prepared for an interview but yet the CEO, COO or CFO did not ask them any of the questions they had prepared for and, as a result, they did not feel the interview went well. They even heard at the end of the interview that the 'company was going to continue to interview other candidates'. Have you ever heard that? That means, you don't have the job!
